Harold Estate is one of the most luxurious estates in the neighborhood. It has countless bedrooms, too much living and dining rooms, many kitchens & bathrooms, and then there's the 'whatever to do' rooms. Dont get lost, because you certainly will. Outside, there is the basketball court, and swimming pools. Ben's place would be considered the loudest mansion on the street, because of the music he always plays loudly. This is one place you will always have fun at.

They're constantly being followed and having strange people knocking at their door for Rosalie, who everyone now calls Alexa. The nightmare won't end.......

The house is a Very Nice Victorian. It has a wrap around porch and a big backyard. The downstairs has a Living room, Dining room, Den, Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms, and Masterbed room. Upstairs has a playroom, Arianne's room, a Art room, 1 Bath and a Record's room. The Backyard has two pools one normal one and one exotic looking one.

The McHonor estate is a huge place. You could get lost easily at the first visit. It has 4 floors, excluding the basement and attic. It has nine bedrooms, five living rooms, three dining rooms, countless bathrooms, and a few unessecary rooms. This house contains many video games, movies and cds all owned by Tristan. Visit him sometime.

Turner Mansion is not what it sounds like. Well, it's nice, but hardly a mansion. It's a 5-bedroom, 4 bath. It has a 3 floors with a theme on each one. But lets start with the outside. The first thing you would see upon driving up is a beautifully well-kept lawn with a small patch devoted strictly to keeping up with Mrs. Turner's gardening habits. There's a 2-door garage with a nice room above it, big enough to be an apartment, minus the kitchen. The aprtment above the garage is where Giacomo, the oldest of the twins, lives. The inside of the house is another thing entirely. The first floor has the half-bath and the one of the full baths. It also has the kitchen, living room, dining room, and family room. The second floor has 4 of the 5 bedrooms. There's Julian's, Paige's and Carmen's rooms and a guest bedroom which was originally intended for Giacomo. The 3rd floor is one giant bedroom devoted to the parents of the house. The backyard is sort of unkept because no one ever goes back there. There was a pool, but the kids destroyed it on one of their projects.

The Davies live in a small neat house, one that seems to have no faults, but naturally no one sees what happens behind closed doors.

The Poindexter Estate is known for it's large and lavish main building. A 12 bedroom, 10 bath house that was built in the early 1900s that has been in the family since it was built. Because Hope's father is constantly out of town, her mother is always staying in their house in Malibu, CA so she can be close to her family. This leaves Hope alone in this house almost 90% of the school year, making it the perfect party house.
